My Bicester Village Spring layering Selection
So I know the weather is all over the place right now as spring adjusts to what it really wants to be but typically spring is about good weather and layering for me anyways.
A few months ago I had been invited down to Bicester Village to pick a few things to create an outfit based on products and brands that I would recommend for your wardrobes.
When it came to making my selection I chose most pieces from Acne Studios mainly because I love Acne and how the push boundaries with menswear.
For example, check out my slightly oversized contrast panel jacket. It features a double zip with slightly long and flared sleeves which has been a popular thing for a quite a while now. Its super lightweight which is perfect for spring layering and I chosen to wear mine with a shirt and a lightweight cotton jacket for layering by Levi's which is also at Bicester. I chose these pieces by Levis because they are timeless staples which will never go out of style. With my top half sorted I then added a khaki workwear style pant to break up the colour palette. What I love most about these pants is how wide legs are. They are slightly wider than usual which is great but they are also raised enough to see a pop of sock, which I'm sure you guys know how I feel about this as I'm always in a cropped or slightly raised trousers.
And finally the shoes, a think sole boat shoe inspired look which they have refined to look more like a fashion shoe. They feel very heavy duty, sturdy and solid. You can see the quality from miles away and the colour ties back into the look and bounces quite well off the jacket and compliments the pants very well too.
My overall look is inspired by premium workwear with a high fashion twist.
But seriously guys it's worth checking out Bicester Village as it houses many outlets and is also a great shopping experience when it comes to luxury shopping.
